Shower & Locker Facilities!
U of M-Flint has graciously offered the use of its Recreation Center showers and lockers.
Simply show your bib number for admittance (no towel service). Located at 303 E. Kearsley St.
We are NO LONGER a ChampionChip race.
This year we will be switching to the ChronoTrack D-Tag system.
The ChronoTrack’s “D” timing tag will be printed and integrated with the bib for each participant,
encoding the runner’s bib number into the tag’s RFID chip at the time of printing.
The peel-off, disposable portion of the bib becomes a tag that runners attach to their shoes.

Coolmax® Race Shirts
Pre-register and upgrade your race shirt to a Coolmax® performance

Prizes
Overall winners receive a custom pottery award created by local artist Guy Adamec.
Location
All races start and finish in front of The Flint Journal building at 200 E. First St., Flint, on the corner of First and Harrison streets.
Age Categories
10K Run/Walk and 5K Run/Walk age categories: 17 and under, 18–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70+.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female in each age category for the 10K Run/Walk and 5K Run/Walk. The male and female with the best time for each race will receive a custom pottery mug award created by local artist Guy Adamec. No awards will be mailed.

You may register at Bauman’s Running Center on Friday, July 11, from 10 AM–7 PM, or on race day starting at 7 AM.
Crim training vouchers will not be accepted on race day.

Entertainment
Entertainment provided by Lolly and the Pops. The band will be performing a variety of songs
ranging from pop to blues to classic rock, with both a male & female vocalist.
